Conclusions
After reading this article, you can see that implementing Universal Group Membership Caching is not appropriate for all circumstances. The feature is most useful when an organization has multiple domains and remote sites that have a number of users, but limited bandwidth. You shouldn't expect to see Universal Group Membership Caching implemented in a single Active Directory domain environment.
