Step 3: Finish Movie
The final step is to publish your movie, and there are different options you can choose from. The one we'll focus on here is how to publish the movie to your computer.
Open the Task Pane and choose Save To My Computer. The Save Video Wizard opens. The first question you are asked is the name of your movie and the place you want to store it. Remember that video files can get very large very quickly. Make sure that the place where you store your video has plenty of space.
Click Next. The second screen is the movie settings screen. By default, the setting is automatically chosen as Best Quality For Playback On My Computer. You can change the settings by choosing Show More Choices. For now, stick with the default and click Next. The Save Movie Wizard screen appears.
The video is saved (see Figure 18), which can take a long time for very long videos. A timer tells you how long this will take.

After the movie is created, preview your movie inside Windows Media Player (see Figure 19).

In little or no time, you have created a movie that can be posted to your Web site, burned to a CD, or sent through e-mail.
