As with any good Smartphone, your Nexus One has a great phone that allows for making and receiving calls, voicemail, three-way calling, and many other features. However, your Nexus One can also use Google Voice to save you money on calls and to transcribe your voicemail if you want it to. We cover your Nexus One’s phone in detail and go over how to set up and use Google Voice.
Getting to Know the Phone Application
- Touch the Phone icon on the Home screen. The phone application launches and displays the familiar phone keypad.
- Type a phone number.
- Touch the green phone icon to place the call.
- Touch the voicemail icon to listen to your voicemail.
- Touch the delete icon to correct a phone number, or touch and hold the icon to remove the entire number.
