Curried Turkey Lettuce Roll-ups

½ c. lowfat plain yogurt

1 t. fresh lemon juice

1 t. curry powder

4 slices deli turkey breast

4 large romaine lettuce leaves, center stem flattened

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, and curry powder. Lay the lettuce leaves on a flat working surface and top each one with a slice of turkey. Spread the curried yogurt mix on each turkey slice. Roll up, starting at the top end of the lettuce leaf. Serves 2.
