Search Media in Spain
As you can see in Table 13.3, Google is by far the most popular search engine in Spain with 97.5 percent market share. Bing follows with just over 1.3 percent and Yahoo! has less than 1 percent.

As you can see, Google’s market share is near-total in Spain. Terra is the only local player in Spain, but it has less than 1 percent. Terra is shown in Figure 13.3.

Terra uses search results from Google, which gives Google near total dominance over the Spanish online market. Clearly, search marketing in Spain is all about Google, whether you are looking for better paid or organic listings. The tactics we discuss in chapter are your best bet.
