In this article, I'll show you how to create a Company Page that maximizes your exposure on LinkedIn as well as introduce you to some great new Company Page features.

How Company Pages Work

LinkedIn enables companies of any size to create a Company Page. Almost all major corporations have a LinkedIn Company Page, but you can also create a page for a small business—even if your business is just you. Nonprofits, universities, and hospitals can also have a presence on LinkedIn.

Your Company Page can include a company summary, employee information, job postings, product information, and much more.

The company icon to the right of any company name on a personal profile indicates that the company has a LinkedIn Company Page. Click the company link to view the page or hover over it to view a preview. Figure 2 shows a sample preview. If a company doesn't have a link or a company icon, no Company Page exists yet.
