Displaying Routing and Administrative Groups
You access the Exchange system Manager, but your routing and administrative groups don't appear.
The routing or administrative groups are not visible in the Exchange System Manager (ESM) MMC snap-in by default. This is by design. From the ESM, follow these steps to make the objects visible:
Click once, selecting the top-level object (organization) in the tree.
After selecting the organization, click Action, and then Properties.
On the general property sheet, two check boxes can be used to enable or disable the display of routing and administrative groups. Selecting these check boxes will cause these objects to be visible in the ESM.
