John Morley

John Morley is a senior writer and editor at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). At the SEI, Morley has reported on issues in process improvement, model-based engineering, network-centric operations, system-of-systems interoperability, and service-oriented architecture for SEI publications; edited technical notes, technical reports, white papers, and courseware; developed content and information architecture for websites on software tools, methods, and techniques; and created marketing communications materials. Prior to joining the SEI, Morley worked for companies in scientific instrument and apparatus manufacturing and distribution and management consulting. He has more than 20 years experience in writing and editing scientific and technical materials, holds a master’s degree in English Literature from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and is a member of the Society for Technical Communication.
