Joel Spolsky

Joel Spolsky, CEO of Stack Overflow and Fog Creek Software, started his career at Microsoft as Program Manager on the Excel team. He later moved to New York and worked for both Viacom and Juno Online before starting his own companies, Fog Creek Software, in 2000, and Stack Overflow, in 2008. His blog, www.joelonsoftware.com, launched the same year and covers everything from business and software management to user interface design.
