Jim Cheshire is an author, trainer, and industry expert with more than 25 years of experience at Microsoft.

Jim is currently a director of supportability in the Apps & Infrastructure business unit at Microsoft. He has written more than a dozen technology books, including the best-selling Exam Ref AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft Press. He has also created numerous training programs, including the Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals video from Microsoft Press and the AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Crash Course live online training from Pearson.
