Scott M. Fulton

Scott M. Fulton, III is a 20-year veteran author, writer, and editor. In the 1980s, he was contributing editor to Computer Shopper, and co-founder of the C*SIX online service. As "D. F. Scott," he authored the groundbreaking Visual Basic by Example, plus eight other books on Visual Basic programming. More recently, he was Senior Editor for Networking and Security Affairs for CMP Media's Planet IT Web site. He and his wife (who, incidentally, was his editor in 1991) comprise Ingenus, an editorial services provider for technical publishing, based in Indianapolis.
