Ajay Chankramath is the Founder and CEO of Platformetrics, a specialized consulting firm focused on platform engineering and developer experience. He is also the CTO of PlatformEngineering.org, the worlds largest hub for platform engineers, focused on delivering advisory and consulting services to leading platform engineering initiatives worldwide. He has over three decades of leadership experience, including roles as CTO and Senior Vice President at major organizations like Brillio, Thoughtworks, Oracle, Broadridge, and Xilinx. He is widely recognized as a visionary technologist who has led large-scale digital transformations with a strong emphasis on platform thinking, team enablement, and engineering excellence. Ajay is a coauthor of Effective Platform Engineering (2025) and Domain-Driven Platform Engineering (2026), and he is the author of Platform Engineering Handbook (2026). He frequently speaks and teaches on platform engineering, DevEx, platform strategy, modern software delivery, and technical leadership
