CASEY CANNON is a senior staff member for the IBM Server Group Business Development organization in Austin, Texas. Formerly part of the IBM RS/6000 division focusing on Internet solutions, Casey has also co-authored Building a Better Data Warehouse and PowerPC: Concepts, Architecture and Design.

SCOTT TRENT is an AIX Developer for IBM in Austin, TX. He has extensive experience in UNIXTM operating system development and software internationalization. Scott has an MSCS from the University of Texas-Austin and enjoys hiking in the mountains of Japan.

CAROLYN JONES is an AIX Project Manager for IBM in Austin, TX. She has worked on AIX since its inception many years ago, in multiple areas including programming, operating system architecture, and project management.
