Question 1: Where is the install.sh file? I can't get from the CodeForge ftp because I can only download the entire tar or rpm packages, and I can only get online under Windows.
Solution 1: Extract the files to the correct directory, i.e. /usr/local/lib/C-Forge. Once the files are in this location, change to this directory and run
sh configure
This should start the configuration utility that would have been called with the install.sh file.
