LEO SETIAN is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and a former consultant to Galtronics, a leading antenna manufacturing company based in Tiberias, Israel. He is author of Engineering Field Theory with Applications (1992).
