Ron Patton has more than 15 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance as a tester, lead, and manager at Texas Instruments, Siemens, and Microsoft. He has worked on projects ranging from mission-critical factory automation equipment to multimedia development tools, children's edutainment CD-ROMs, computer peripherals, and an animatronic Barney doll. Now a software consultant in Washington state, he's also a volunteer logistics officer for the Seattle Red Cross.
