He has held leadership positions in organizations of various sizes, from proprietary hedge funds to Fortune 1000 companies such as Hewitt Associates, Nokia, McAfee and Intel.

He is the co-founder of Comparative Agility, the world’s largest agile assessment and continuous improvement platform.
