Joe Kaplenk, Advisory Software Engineer for IBM Global Services, has extensive UNIX experience at top IT organizations such as Comdisco and R.R. Donnelley. For 14 years, he has taught computer science at the College of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, IL. He authored UNIX System Administrator's Interactive Workbook (Prentice Hall PTR).
