Gregory Shea, Ph.D., consults, researches, writes, and teaches in the areas of organizational and individual change, leadership, group effectiveness, and conflict resolution. Martha I. Finney, President and CEO of Engagement Journeys, LLC, is a writer and consultant specializing in employee engagement and leadership communications. Her many books include Rebound, Surviving Job Loss, HR From the Heart (coauthored with Yahoo’s Chief People Officer, Libby Sartain), and Unlock the Hidden Job Market. Finney’s research on the workplace has been featured on CNN and on NPR’s Morning Edition.

 

Wes Moss is the host of The Wes Moss Show, an actively practicing Certified Financial Planner in Atlanta, and a keynote speaker whose talks include The Entrepreneur Within and Make More of Anything, Worry Less about Everything. Dean A. Shepherd is Randall L. Tobias Chair in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Shepherd investigates the decision making involved in leveraging cognitive and other resources to act on entrepreneurial opportunities. He also researches the processes of learning from experimentation and failure to achieve higher individual and organizational performance. He has authored or edited eight research books on entrepreneurship and strategy. His coauthored entrepreneurship textbook (with Hisrich and Peters) is in its seventh edition. The associate editor for The Journal of Business Venturing, he serves on the review board for numerous journals and is a panelist for the National Science Foundation (Innovation and Organization Science).
