Olivier Hersent founded the company NetCentrex with colleagues in 1999. Previously he has worked as a research engineer at France Telecom R&D laboratories (CNET) where he focused on IP security, Multicast and QoS and was also responsible for CNET VoIP architectural designs including enhanced H.323 servers. With the emergence of VoIP, he has participated in various standards organizations, such as ETSI TIPHON.
