There, he works with engineering and project management subject matter experts to develop an extensive library of eLearning modules. He also supports the HPS Global Engineering knowledge sharing network by training and building a network of community of practice leaders. One of David’s missions is to eliminate the barriers between everyday knowledge sharing and formal training, and his current work “hobby” is producing high quality recorded learning modules in-house (including learning to mix music).
