There, he works with engineering and project management subject matter experts to develop an extensive library of eLearning modules. He also supports the HPS Global Engineering knowledge sharing network by training and building a network of community of practice leaders. He is currently managing a global study of knowledge sharing behaviors and attitudes among Honeywell engineers. He has delivered numerous papers, courses, and podcasts on the topics of knowledge sharing, information retrieval, and the involvement of experts in learning.
