Brian Gracely, CCIE No. 3077, is a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cisco Systems Inc., working on VoIP, VoATM, and VoFR initiatives. His current projects involve H.323 and SIP, as well as IP telephony, unified messaging, and VoIP QoS for both enterprise and service provider customers. Previously, Brian worked with Cisco customers on LAN and ATM switching networks.
