Veta Bonnewell is a member of the Next Generation Services Concepts organization within Lucent Technologies. She implemented some of the first VoiceXML projects using Lucent's VoiceXML interpreter. Most recently she has been working within Lucent to enhance a VoiceXML interpreter and develop new VoiceXML services.
