Windows Version of iDVD

There are a couple of products on the market that allow you to create DVDs like iDVD. I couldn't find any free solutions (sorry about that, folks), but the cheap solutions include Roxio's DVD Creator, which is part of Roxio's CD/DVD burning tools.

The other tool good at creating DVDs is Adobe's Premier Elements. This $99 stripped-down version of the full Adobe Premier Pro is still bursting with great features. Along with a very cool DVD menu tool, it has a full nonlinear editing tool that kicks Microsoft's Movie Maker's butt.
