Fresh Vegetable Avocado Dip

8 oz. plain, nonfat yogurt

1 Haas avocado, peeled and halved

1¼ t. garlic seasoning (salt-free)

1/8 t. black pepper

1/8 t. hot pepper sauce (you may add more, if desired)

1 medium ripe tomato, chopped

2 green onions, finely chopped

¼ c. fresh parsley, finely chopped

Place the yogurt, avocado, garlic seasoning, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce into the work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Using a spatula, put the avocado mixture into a bowl. Add the tomato, green onions, and parsley and stir to blend well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Makes 24 servings, 1 tablespoon per serving.
