Adaptive Software Development

Jim Highsmith's Adaptive Software Development (ASD) is more a philosophical view on agile development than a definite methodology. Although reading Jim's book 3 is absolutely a must for every "agile" developer, this book does not illustrate in detail a specific software development process.

Recently, Jim and Alistair merged their approaches, resulting in Crystal-Adaptive Methodologies (see http://www.crystalmethodologies.org/).
