There are now 60 wireless games based on The Price Is Right, with real prices and real winners, and people are playing. Apparently, this potential has not been lost on the Disney Corporation, which has been one of the most innovative of companies reaching into the vaults for vintage programming that can be turned into wireless products. Likewise, games based on branded fare, such as Men in Black 2 and Scooby Doo, are in the pipeline with tie-ins ready to support their summer 2002 box office campaigns.

As I was heading for the campus library this afternoon, I saw a bus whiz by with MIBII (Men In Black 2) emblazoned on the advertising placard. I figure it won't be long until Will Smith (who is already on TV, radio, and in the movies) will be also coming to our cell phones.
