TCP/IP Resource

The TCP/IP resource provides the backbone connection between the voice portal and the LAN or WAN to which it's connected. It's also responsible for managing the packet assembly/disassembly between the voice portal and other machines on the network. Because you have no control over the TCP/IP resource, no design considerations exist.
