TMX Interactive provides design and delivery of TV-style, rich-media e-mail, embedding full-motion graphics, video, and MP3 audio within the e-mail message.
Once the e-mail is opened, a query is sent to determine the recipient's browser, bandwidth, and multimedia capabilities. The appropriate rich and Flash media sound and graphics are then downloaded from the remote server.
The company then follows up its direct e-mail campaigns with real-time response reports to track usage and response. TMX Interactive tracks how often messages are forwarded to others, how many can be streamed directly to the recipients' in-boxes, and how many users are directed to alternate URLs instead.
