Gaining Alignment: Overcoming the Negatives

Over the decades, we learned that many organizations share the same problematic issues when it comes to building brands. It is not unusual to hear clients in different industries complain about the same recurring problems. From our perspective, these problems or “bad habits” can get in the way of making The Collaborative Three-Box Model work. However, there are solutions. What are some of the organizational, cultural, and mind-set hurdles that need to be overcome to quickly move forward with The Model? Think of these as the “stop doing” behaviors or the “Avoid” behaviors. There is always work to be done when it comes to changing some of an organization’s “ways of doing business.” Face the facts; fix the fractures and then formulate for the future.
