Convey Features, Functions and Benefits to Customers

As a CCSP, your entire job is not selling. A chunk of your job will be educating. Think of the guy who first decided to boil a lobster. He had to educate his friends and customers that a lobster does taste good before he could even sell them one. The same is true with Citrix. Not that you'll boil and eat it, but often you'll need to educate your clients on why Citrix is good for them before you can actually sell the product to them.
