A Final Thought: Performing Information Governance

"If you're going to do it, DO it!"

Success lies not just in implementing information governance, but in sustaining it in your organization through added value. Successful organizations have "threaded" information governance activities and tasks into new development projects and operational activities, making them self-sustaining.

Consider not only the challenges for implementing an information governance process, but those activities and tasks that will add value as you perform information governance in your organization.
