Process Analysis

Process analysis is conducted to link process statistics and business metrics. The process analysis phase is post-process—that is, it is conducted after the process has been executed over a period of time. The analysis of historical process data allows the business analyst a way to identify inefficiencies within the business processes, as well as a means to optimize the process execution path.
