For non-programmers who are interested in creating professional-looking websites on the Mac, two software packages showcased at Macworld/iWorld make this process extremely easy. Both offer more robust features than Apple's own iWeb software.
Karelia Software released the latest version of its popular Sandvox software for the Mac. This $79.99 software package, now available from the Mac App Store, allows you to create and publish impressive websites without any programming knowledge whatsoever.
Realmac Software also released a website-creation tool for non-programmers. In conjunction with an add-on product called Stacks ($29.95), Realmac's RapidWeaver 5 (from $79.99) helps users to create professional-looking websites from templates or from scratch, with no programming required.
