In this last article in the replication series, I showed you what is involved in maintaining transactional replication. I taught you how to add and remove columns to replicated articles, add filters, and change replication stored procedures. I also discussed the concepts of subscription deactivation and expiration. Finally, I gave you some tips for optimizing replication performance.

Replication is not for the faint of heart. It takes quite a bit of dedication and diligence to learn and get used to. These four articles were introduced you to replication concepts and hopefully enabled you to get started.
