Fuse Meeting

Fuse Meeting

A third option for hosting and attending web conferences or virtual meetings is offered by Fuse Box, Inc. Any PC or Mac user can host a meeting using Fuse Meeting, which can be attended by other PC and Mac users, as well as iPhone and iPad users (using free apps available from the App Store).

Fuse Meeting offers a daily price plan for hosting meetings, starting at $9.99, or an unlimited monthly plan for between $29.99 and $69.00, depending on the number of meeting attendees.

Attending meetings is free. To learn more about Fuse Meeting, visit http://www.fuzemeeting.com/web-conferencing.

For a company that already uses GoToMeeting, WebEx, or Fuse Meeting in-house, allowing employees, customers, and/or clients to attend virtual meetings from an iPhone or iPad means that attendees don't need to be tied to a desk or office to participate.

Now, meeting attendees can participate from literally anywhere that their Apple mobile device can pick up a Wi-Fi or 3G signal.

This makes it much easier to schedule meetings with groups of people and avoid timing conflicts. It also reduces the number of absentees, since the attendees can participate from wherever they happen to be.
