Using Watches

Breakpoints and watches are the two debugging features I use most frequently. A watch is a value or expression that you can add during debugging. When your code is in debug mode, right-click and select Add Watch or Quick Watch. Both a regular watch and a quick watch can contain values or expressions. You can drill down in the values being watched. A regular watch added with Add Watch is displayed in a Watch window and updated as you step and debug. A quick watch halts execution while you tinker with your watch values.
