#5: Select All

Again, because the removal of the traditional menus and the addition of the Ribbon, it took me awhile to find out how to Select All in Word 2007. I use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy and paste; however, for some reason I usually don’t remember the Ctrl+A shortcut to Select All. Therefore, the first time I needed to highlight the entire document, it took some searching. When I finally found it, I was like “oh, doh!” From the Home tab of the Ribbon, click the Select button on the Editing Gallery that’s on the right.
