Port your code with GNUstep.
You can take your existing Cocoa applications and, often, port them to Windows and Linux (and other UNIX variants) using GNUstep just be recompiling them. You will probably want to tweak the user interfaces to more closely match your target platform's interface, but it's a lot less effort than writing the program in the first place and exposes you to a much larger market than just OS X.
