Jeff Rule is the Senior Interactive Developer at Discovery Channel Online.He was an early pioneer with Dynamic HTML using Netscape 4 and worked aspart of the Internet Explorer 4 beta team. His work at Discovery was amongthe first to take web content from page-based content to onlinestorytelling.
