Matt Simons

Matt Simons is a Project Manager for ThoughtWorks, Inc. Matt has experience as both a member and leader of project teams building and implementing mission-critical software applications. He recently finished working on a project that used an agile approach to plan, build and deliver a J2EE-platform-based backend leasing system to a large corporate client. The project involved nearly 100 team members (including forty developers). Matt is currently working at ThoughtWorks’ newly opened office in Bangalore, India where he is mentoring staff and trying to figure out how to duplicate the success he has had using agile methods in the US with an offshore development model.
