Robert Austin

Robert D. Austin is Professor of Technology and Operations Management at Harvard Business School, where he researches the changing nature of work. His experience includes a decade with Ford Motor Company and as an executive for a major technology firm. Author of "Measuring and Managing Performance in Organizations" and co-author of "Creating Business Advantage in the Information Age," he is also a Cutter Technology Council Fellow.
