Ahmad's professional experience includes more than 20 years of software engineering and development experience, program and project management, process engineering and methodologies development experience. In addition, he possesses industry certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), IBM UML / OOAD Specialist, Lotus Specialist and others. During his 14+ years software engineering career, Joe has been primarily involved in object-oriented software development, requirements management and project management. Since its initial release of RUP in 1999 Joe had adopted and taught RUP in numerous occasions and customized RUP to customers' needs.
