Gary Ford

For over 10 years, Gary Ford has been privileged to work for many large  systems integration companies, Cisco Advanced Technology Partners, and end-customers designing, deploying and maintaining Cisco contact center solutions. He is currently a contact center architect and consultant for Jam IP. Gary is Knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines with a focus on voice and data convergence, systems integration and architectural design of  next generation enterprise and network based VoIP/TDM contact centres and IP telephony. Has designed and deployed many contact centre solutions. Gary has his CCNP and CCVP, among several other IT certifications. He is also pursuing a CCIE Voice.
