Alison Pendergast learned to play poker from her father, a career submariner who perfected his poker skills playing against his shipmates. Throughout college, Alison used her poker skills to acquire her weekly "spending" money from willing college mates. In her poker-playing career, Alison has played tens of thousands of poker hands in ring games and tournaments in casinos all over the country. She consistently wins more than she loses and funds her poker playing through her "day" job as a marketing executive for an education publisher. She can be found most weekends at the 5/10 stud table at Foxwoods bluffing, betting, raising or just telling bad beat stories.
