Ronnie Yates

Erik Rubin has been with Microsoft since 2001. While there, he worked on portions of the .NET Compact Framework and currently is a Software Design Engineer on the Smart Device Extensions team.

Erik has been involved with software development for all of his professional life. Before coming to Microsoft, he worked as an embedded software developer and became interested with managed code while at Virginia Tech. When he is not working with computers, he and his wife spend time with their three dogs and daughter.

Erik received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He holds two master of science degrees in computer science, from West Chester University and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Ronnie Yates is a Software Design Engineer on the .NET Compact Framework development team. He has been involved with the .NET Compact Framework from its origin. He works on the XML, ADO.NET, and Web Services libraries.

Ronnie received his bachelor of science degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA. He has worked at Microsoft since his graduation in December 1999.
