Atif Ghauri

Atif Ghauri is an Executive Architect for the Unisys Enterprise Security Initiative, where in a revenue generation role he actively manages a pipeline of security sales opportunities. Ghauri serves as the principal communication interface to senior executives during identification, development, and close of critical sales opportunities. He leads Unisys as a subject-matter-expert in security and the industry as a security evangelist publishing and speaking at key security venues. Ghauri is also responsible for the enhancement of the Unisys security portfolio and quality assurance of all security service engagements world-wide.

Ghauri was previously a Managing Consultant with IBM Global Business Services. In his leadership role at IBM, he led the national practice as an Engagement Manager and Chief Security Architect on critical multi-million dollar consulting engagements. He also served as the practice manager and subject-matter-expert for the Identity and Access Management Center of Competency. Ghauri was recognized for his achievements at IBM with the Consultant Profession Excellence Award in 2005, awarded to 11 consultants worldwide annually among 95,000 practitioners.

Ghauri is currently in pursuit of a Masters in Technology Management from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management Information Systems from The Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University.

Ghauri serves on the Executive Committee of the Penn State Schreyer Honors College Alumni Society Board. He is the Co-Founder of the Penn State Next CEO competition, a leadership simulation event sponsored by the Center for Strategic International Studies and the Penn State.

Ghauri resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and child. A die hard NBA basketball fan, he also enjoys club tennis, religious studies, and an increasingly erratic game of golf.
