Michael Useem

Michael Useem is William and Jacalyn Egan Professor of Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and Director of The Wharton Center for Leadership and Change Management. His books include The Go Point, The Leadership Moment, and Investor Capitalism. He offers programs on leadership, governance, and decision making for managers in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, and he works on leadership development and governance with companies and organizations in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
