Chad Autry

Chad W. Autry, Associate Professor of Logistics at the University of Tennessee, holds leadership roles with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, is a director at the Warehousing Education and Research Council, and edits two journals. Thomas J. Goldsby is Professor of Logistics at Ohio State University, and Executive Editor of Logistics Quarterly. He has published more than 50 research studies in the field. John E. Bell, Assistant Professor of Logistics at University of Tennessee, researches supply chain network design. He was a United States Air Force logistics and maintenance officer for 20 years. Michael Watson is world-wide leader for the IBM ILOG Supply Chain Products, including the network design product, LogicNet Plus XE. As an adjunct professor at Northwestern University in the McCormick School of Engineering, he teaches in its Masters in Engineering Management (MEM) program. Sara Lewis, world-wide technical leader for the IBM ILOG Supply Chain Products, has run full-scale network design studies and training sessions for companies worldwide, leads a popular network design virtual users group, and creates educational material for network design. Peter Cacioppi, lead scientist for IBM’s LogicNet Plus XE and IBM’s inventory optimization solution, is responsible for translating business design issues into formal mathematical problems. Jay Jayaraman currently manages IBM’s ILOG Supply Chain and Optimization consulting services team, responsible for helping to solve clients’ most challenging supply chain and optimization business problems. Dr. Mark A. Moon is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Head of the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and co-author of Sales Forecasting Management: A Demand Management Approach. He has consulted with companies ranging from AlliedSignal to Conagra, Hershey Foods to Motorola PCS, Lockheed-Martin to Winn- Dixie. Chuck Munson is tenured Full Professor of Operations Management (OM) at Washington State University, and former Associate Dean for Graduate Programs in Business. Currently senior editor for Production and Operations Management, he also serves on editorial review boards at three other journals.
