Greg Badros

Greg J. Badros received his Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from the University of Washington in June of 2000. His dissertation described the use of constraints in various interactive graphical applications, including SCWM. Greg's first publication appeared in Compute's Gazette (a Commodore computer magazine) in 1988, when he was 14 years old. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in mathematics and computer science from Duke University in 1995. He is the primary author of SCWM and the Cassowary Constraint Solving Toolkit, and he has contributed to numerous other free software projects. Greg is currently the Chief Technical Architect at Go2Net in Seattle, Washington. He enjoys tennis, softball, roller-blading, and skiing in his free time.
